1. About this agreement
This Membership Agreement covers Zelira memberships and coins on Android and supplements the Terms of Use. Purchases are available only to users aged 18 and over.
2. Membership benefits
Available plans may include weekly, monthly, three-month and annual options. Benefits, included coins, billing periods and local prices are shown on the purchase screen before confirmation. Do not assume that membership includes unlimited creations or that every feature is included.
3. Purchase and payment
Payments are processed through Google Play. Review the total price, applicable taxes, billing period and any offer conditions before confirming. Coins and subscriptions are separate products unless the purchase screen expressly includes coins as a subscription benefit.
4. Subscription renewal
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew for the period shown at purchase unless canceled before the renewal date. Google Play charges the payment method associated with your purchase under the terms shown at checkout. Any trial or introductory offer applies only if explicitly displayed, including its duration and the price payable afterward.
5. Managing and canceling a subscription
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or open Google Play subscriptions. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next renewal charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Google Play’s applicable rules. Uninstalling Zelira does not cancel your subscription. See Google Play’s cancellation guidance.
6. Coins
Coins are virtual credits for eligible features within Zelira. The app displays the coin cost before you confirm a coin-based action. Coins are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash, traded or transferred outside the app. Purchased coins and promotional coins may have different conditions, which must be disclosed before purchase or grant. A subscription cancellation does not itself request a refund for separately purchased coins.
7. Refunds and purchase problems
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, your location, the purchase and Google Play’s policies. Nothing here removes mandatory refund rights. Consult Google Play’s refund policy. For missing entitlements or incorrect coin delivery, contact elizaaaae@gmail.com with your user ID and relevant purchase reference. Do not send full payment card details.
8. Changes and contact
Changes to prices or recurring subscription terms are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements and Google Play rules. Confirmed purchase conditions and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. For membership assistance, visit Support or contact elizaaaae@gmail.com.
