1. Scope and eligibility
This Privacy Policy describes the intended data practices of Zelira for Android. Zelira is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
2. Limited information we collect
For the version covered by this policy, the only app information we collect is your user ID, coin information (including balance, purchases and usage), and subscription information (including plan, purchase status and validity). We use this information to identify your entitlements, deliver purchased coins and membership benefits, and resolve purchase issues.
3. Information that stays on your phone
In the local-processing version described here, your photos, videos, generated creations, favorites and creative preferences are stored and processed on your phone. We do not collect or upload this information. We do not collect your contacts, location, microphone recordings, browsing history or advertising identifiers.
You choose the media the app may access through Android controls. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app can remove locally stored content; save anything you wish to keep first. Device-level backup behavior depends on your Android settings and the release configuration.
4. Purchases and service providers
Google Play processes subscriptions and coin purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Zelira does not receive or store your full payment card details. We use only the user ID, coin and subscription information necessary to deliver and verify purchased benefits.
We do not sell your app information or use it for targeted advertising. Limited purchase information may be processed by providers acting on our behalf to deliver these services, or disclosed where required by law.
5. Retention and your choices
We retain user ID, coin and subscription information only for as long as needed to provide purchased benefits, resolve transaction issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of this information by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations.
Local media can be deleted on your device. Deleting local data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, or raise a concern with a privacy authority.
6. Adults only
Zelira is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
7. Contact and changes
For privacy requests, contact elizaaaae@gmail.com. Information you voluntarily include in a message is used to address that request; it is separate from automatic app data collection. Do not send private photos or payment card details.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the date above will be updated.
