By using Zelira, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The creative service
Zelira provides photo styling, template-based video creation, favorites and tools to save your creations. Features, available templates and generation results may vary. Automated results can contain imperfections and are not guaranteed to match a particular expectation.
3. Your content and permissions
Use only content that you own or are authorized to use. Obtain permission from people whose likeness appears in your content. You retain any rights you hold in your original content and grant only the permission necessary to process it and provide the feature you request. These terms do not guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity in generated content.
4. Responsible use
Do not use Zelira to create unlawful, abusive, exploitative or deceptive content, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property, impersonate someone without authorization, or misrepresent generated media as an authentic record. Do not interfere with the service, bypass purchase controls or misuse another person’s likeness.
5. Subscriptions and coins
Zelira offers paid subscriptions and coin purchases through Google Play. The purchase screen displays the applicable price and benefits. Subscriptions and coins may provide different entitlements; membership does not automatically mean unlimited generation. Review the Membership Agreement before purchasing.
6. Availability and saved content
You are responsible for keeping copies of content you wish to retain. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions or technical issues. We may modify features or restrict misuse, subject to applicable consumer rights and any obligations relating to paid services.
7. Ownership and permitted use
Zelira’s branding, interface, software and provided templates belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose. Do not redistribute its software or template assets except as permitted by the service or applicable law.
8. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy, updates and contact
